- A licensing fee valid for 5 years: RM45,000
- Setup cost
- Minimum rolling capital
- Security deposit: RM15,000

You will also need to propose a location for your Ipoh Town Kopitiam licensed outlet by following these specifications:
- For shop lot, the consideration will be "Corner Lots" with a minimum build up area of 2000 square feet
- For commercial building the minimum built up area should be 1500 square feet.
The management will also evaluate the location based on:
1) Address
2) Size
3) Rental per month
4) Date of availability
Experience in the F&B industry is not a requirement as training will be provided. However, we would require you to be committed to working together to ensure continuous growth for the Ipoh Town Kopitiam brand name as a whole.
